I was trying to capture the screen shots to illustrate what happened when I used Google Pinyin in Word and browser. Then I found out that I was unable to set shortcut keys for Snipping Tool The property panel of Snipping Tool has not place to put in shortcut keys.

I changed the permission to full control on all apps, still could not set the shortcut keys for that program.

I later learned that the shortcut keys for Snipping Tool in Windows 8. Not sure exactly what happened. Something to do with the change in the User control of the apps? Maybe someone can figure out what happened in the sequence of events I just described above. I am certainly glad that it is working now. On the other hand, it seems my education for Windows 8.
